This blend of column and pot still rum was aged 8 years in Barbados, then underwent a further year of secondary maturation in port casks in New York. This edition is bottled at high proof, or 55% alcohol by volume. Five casks of this premium, 9-year old rum are available. Tasting notes Plum and cherry lead. Light caramel, honey and oak on the palate yield to raisin and stone fruit with a crisp, oaky finish
