The Macallan Classic Cut 2020 Edition The fourth edition of The Macallan's annual Classic Cut series was released in May 2020. Whisky Maker Polly Logan blended it. It was the first Classic Cut to combine sherry-seasoned European oak casks with ex-bourbon American oak casks. The distillery says the bourbon casks add a lighter sweetness that balances the depth of the sherry casks. It is bottled at 55% ABV with no age statement.
