It was distilled in 1998 at the former Seagram's distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana (now MGP), from a high-rye recipe of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is bottled at barrel proof, and the decanter has etched rye stalks and a wax-sealed stopper. Ryes this old were rare in 2017 and are even harder to find now.
