Instead of using one barrel or one lot, the distillery batched together some of its oldest age-stated stock and bottled the blend at 115 proof with a 12-year age statement. It comes in a new collectible decanter based on the holiday decanters Old Forester released every year from 1954 through 1969. Old Forester says future editions will stay between 110 and 125 proof.
