This Century Oak edition was aged in new charred barrels made from oak trees more than 200 years old. Canton Cooperage air-dried the logs for about a year and finished them in a kiln before making the staves into barrels. Released in 2026 alongside a 100 Year Barrels edition, it is distilled, aged and bottled at Buffalo Trace in Frankfort and bottled at 95 proof. Tasting Notes • Nose: Warm vanilla and toasted caramel, with old leather and light spice. • Palate: Full-bodied, with deep charred oak, baking spices, brown sugar and dark fruit. • Finish: Long and drying, with lingering oak spice and gentle sweetness.
