Maker's Mark Cellar Aged Bourbon – 2026 Release – 112.1 Proof Cellar Aged is the oldest whisky Maker's Mark releases, and 2026 is the fourth year of the series. After aging in the distillery's rickhouses, the bourbon spends extra time in Maker's Mark's limestone cellar, which is built into the limestone shelf at the Loretto, Kentucky distillery. The cool, steady temperature there lets the whisky keep aging slowly without the oak taking over. The 2026 blend is 49% 11-year-old, 33% 12-year-old and 18% 14-year-old bourbon, bottled at cask strength. Tasting Notes • Nose: Dark cherry, clove, vanilla bean and soft orchard fruit. • Palate: Honey, brown sugar and ripe plum. • Finish: Silky and warming, with almond, nutmeg and crisp green apple. Product Details • Distillery: Maker's Mark Distillery, Loretto, Kentucky • Style: Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky (wheated), cask strength • Age: Blend of 11, 12 and 14 year old bourbons (49% / 33% / 18%) • Proof / ABV: 112.1 proof (56.05% ABV) • Size: 750ml • Availability: Limited annual release, launched September 1, 2026 at select U.S. retailers (SRP $175) Why It Stands Out It includes the oldest Maker's Mark bourbon ever released, and the limestone cellar finish is unique to this series. Because it is bottled at cask strength, it tastes richer than the standard Maker's Mark. Serving Suggestions Sip it neat or with a drop of water. The fruit and spice go well with dark chocolate or a cheese board. Stop by Bansum Wine & Liquor in Patchogue or order online for shipping.
