Aged 21 years and bottled at 94 proof, only 1,789 bottles were produced, honoring 1789—the year associated with Reverend Elijah Craig’s bourbon legacy. Each hand-selected single barrel offers notes of dark caramel, dried fig, oak, baking spice, toffee, tobacco, and dark chocolate, with a long, rich finish. Presented in a custom wooden display case, it’s one of Heaven Hill’s most mature and limited Elijah Craig releases.
