You get some hints of maple syrup, Orange peel and candied pecans. Very very light oak spice.</p><p>Taste:&nbsp;Exceptionally sweet and creamy front, with Brown sugar, crème brûlée, sweet cream buttered corn, and baked apples. Layers of cinnamon candy, nutmeg, and dark honey. Dense mouthfeel with a silky, almost oily texture cause of the 99% corn mashbill.</p><p>Finish:&nbsp;Long and warming with lingering caramel and vanilla. Toasted oak balanced by persistent sweetness.
