Old Forester 117 Series Extra Old (Batch 1) is an early experimental release from Old Forester, designed to showcase extended aging beyond the standard 1910 Old Fine Whisky profile. Essentially a double-barreled bourbon aged longer than 1910, this batch adds deeper oak influence and richer sweetness. Expect bold notes of caramel, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, toasted coconut, and charred oak, with a slightly more mature and wood-forward finish compared to the standard 1910.
