Stagg Batch 25C is a barrel-proof Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery. Part of the highly allocated Stagg series (formerly known as Stagg Jr.), this release is bottled uncut and unfiltered, meaning the whiskey goes straight from the barrel to the bottle with no dilution. Batch 25C offers bold flavors of dark caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and cherry with layers of baking spice and chocolate. Even though it’s one of the slightly lower proofs in the series, it still delivers a dense, full-bodied mouthfeel and a long warming finish typical of Stagg releases.
