The second release in the Boss Hog series, launched in 2014. “The Spirit of Mortimer” is a rare single-barrel rye made from about 50 hand-selected barrels, aged nearly 14 years and bottled at barrel strength. It was named after Mortimer, the distillery’s famous Kune Kune pig mascot.
