This single malt spends its first years in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in Amontillado sherry casks, then is bottled at a robust ~55% ABV without chill filtration or added color. Look for hazelnut, cherry and blood orange over Springbank's signature earthy, coastal character, with notes of tobacco and treacle leading to a long, dry, nutty finish.
