This wine comes to you from the ancestral home of Malbec, in the South of France. Grown on sun-splashed stony hillside and hilltop plots at a domaine founded in 1733, this 100% young-vine, un-oaked Malbec was made by Fabrica Durou, and esteemed local winemaker. Relatively light-bodied, darkly fruity with bright acidity, it is a vindication of the Malbec grape and shows how lovely it can be in the right hands. This is wonderful to drink slightly chilled at any time of the year with a variety of dark and light meats or on its own
