Scapegrace Black is a New Zealand gin that starts out jet black from botanical extracts and shifts to pink when mixed with tonic or citrus, a visual trick built on top of a genuinely botanical-forward gin. It's distilled in Dunedin using local and classic gin ingredients. Expect juniper and citrus upfront with floral and subtly fruity notes underneath. It's a fun conversation starter for a gin and tonic, as much a party trick as a serious sipping gin.
