To honor such a legacy, Buffalo Trace had to create something limited - an apogee of Whiskey. E.H. Taylor, Jr., Cured Oak is matured in oak barrels made with staves that were cured for 13 months. The process extracts extra wood magic (scientifical term), rendering Bourbon incomparably rich, deep, and complex.
