Golden wheat color tints with clear fine bubbles. Fresh and fruity with honey hints and white peach and apricot aromas. Crisp, well-balanced and very food friendly. Ideal for festive occasions and with seafood (oysters, shrimp cocktail) or on its own for an aperitif. Produced in the Burgundy region of France with vineyards from valley slopes that are grown in clay limestone soils. Grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness & identity followed by direct pressing and separation of the first juices. After cold fermentation the wine is aged on fine lees before a second fermentation in steel vats for a minimum of 6 months, soft clarification and filtration.
