<p>Golden wheat color tints with clear fine bubbles. Fresh and fruity with honey hints and white peach and apricot aromas. Crisp, well-balanced and very food friendly. Ideal for festive occasions and with seafood (oysters, shrimp cocktail) or on its own for an aperitif. </p><p> Produced in the Burgundy region of France with vineyards from valley slopes that are grown in clay limestone soils. Grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness &amp; identity followed by direct pressing and separation of the first juices. After cold fermentation the wine is aged on fine lees before a second fermentation in steel vats for a minimum of 6 months, soft clarification and filtration.</p>
