Rare Character is an independent whiskey bottling house known for hunting down exceptional individual barrels rather than producing its own distillate. The Exceptional Cask Series highlights standout barrels the team finds, hand-selected and bottled at cask strength without chill filtering so nothing is stripped from the barrel's natural character. Because each release draws from a different barrel, the exact flavor profile varies from bottle to bottle, but expect the big, rich, high-proof character the series is known for. It's a good pick for a bourbon drinker who likes to chase down something a little different.
