<p>The most sought-after bourbon in Taylor’s annual collection, the 2021 Taylor Barrel Proof Batch 10 is a remarkable piece of whiskey craftsmanship that combines the peerless and exacting quality for which Taylor bourbon is known. Bottled uncut and unfiltered, this fierce and fiery whiskey is aged for a minimum of 7 years in new white oak barrels with #4 charring to a barrel strength of 127.3 proof. EHTBP Batch 10 is said to be crafted from Buffalo Trace Distillery’s #1 mash bill composed of roughly 75% corn, 10% rye, and 15% malted barley and offers wonderfully bold aromatics, ranging from warm, toasted spice, vanilla, and caramel to delicate citrus and understated oak. The palate is rife with cinnamon and pops of ethanol smothered in ripe fruit, oak, and more toasted spice.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Nose – Sweet apple pie, dark cherries, rich caramel, boozy vanilla custard, Crème Brûlée, nutmeg, clove, and bold oak.</p><p> Taste – Whew!
