Weller substitutes wheat for the traditional rye grain, a production method pioneered by W.L. Weller. </p><p><br></p><p> Sazerac 18 </p><p>Sazerac Rye 18 Year Old at bottling has flavours of oak, caramel and dark chocolate, with a finish of coffee, black pepper and cherries. It is bottled at 45% ABV.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p> Eagle Rare 17</p><p> Eagle Rare 17 Year Old release is part of the antique collection and bottled at 50.5% ABV. This limited edition release has a nose of ripe cherries, vanilla cream and oak, followed by a taste of caramel and coffee and a long finish of oak, pepper and fresh herbs.</p>
