Booker's Rye 'Big Time Batch' is a cult-favorite Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Jim Beam, released from some of the last barrels laid down by master distiller Booker Noe. Aged roughly thirteen years and bottled uncut and unfiltered at well over 130 proof, it was the first rye ever released under the Booker's name and was later named World Whisky of the Year by Jim Murray's Whisky Bible. Expect classic rye spice — pepper, oak, and leather — layered with bold citrus, cinnamon, and a long, chewy, oaky finish. With only a limited number of bottles released, it's a serious find for a dedicated rye collector.
