Heaven's Door Bootleg Series Volume IV is an 11 year old wheated bourbon finished for nearly a year in Islay Scotch whisky casks, part of the annual limited series co-created with musician Bob Dylan and bottled at 55.5% ABV. The ceramic bottle features one of Dylan's own paintings. Expect the softness of wheated bourbon layered with smoky, peaty notes from its Scotch cask finish, like toasted marshmallow over a campfire. This distinctive, limited sipping whiskey is best enjoyed neat, and makes a striking gift for a whiskey-loving Dylan fan.
