Tasting notes The Little Sheep Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic and lively with citrus aromas and notes of apple and passion fruit. The palate is savory and the finish is expressive and well-balanced. A great pairing with appetizers, shellfish, seafood, salads, grilled vegetables and goat cheese! Vinification Located in the heart of the Loire Valley, these vineyards are grown on clay and flint with a chalky subsoil. After harvest, direct pressing with the selection of musts.
