Flor de Caña is a Nicaraguan rum distilled and aged at the base of the Momotombo volcano, a family-owned operation with over a century of sugarcane distilling tradition. The 4 Year Silver is aged in oak barrels, then filtered to a clean, light style. Its smooth, lightly sweet profile makes it a solid mixing rum for a mojito, daiquiri, or rum and cola, while still having enough character to sip over ice.
